Our Affiliate Terms

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Achievers Hub Malaysia Sdn Bhd partner program. In this agreement, the term “Partner” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Achievers Hub Malaysia” refers to Achievers Hub Malaysia Sdn Bhd, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Achievers Hub Malaysia affiliate program, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Partner Programs

Achievers Hub Malaysia Sdn Bhd. the affiliate Partner program is fully automated and partners will receive a commission for sales made through the partner’s affiliate link.

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to a Partner, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Partner links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Partner Dashboard. Commission shown on the Dashboard is the final commission payable to the Partner. Achievers Hub Malaysia Sdn Bhd may change the commission methods and rate from time to time.

Partners will receive a commission for each new payment.

Commissions payments: Partners’ commission is only based on sales generated through the Online solutions and services listed in the Achievers Hub Malaysia (Shop). Our solutions can be viewed at  https://achieversmalaysia.com/shop/.

Payment

A Partner can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of RM500 MYR. Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the requested date. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal.

Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Partner has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Partner’s balance.

Usage and Obligations

Partners are permitted to use the Achievers Hub Malaysia brand and marketing resources available on the website of the Achievers Hub Malaysia application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Partner does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.

The Partner will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Achievers Hub Malaysia and will never advertise Achievers Hub Malaysia products directly. The Partner will never bid for advertisements that compete with Achievers Hub Malaysia.

The Partner will never represent themselves as Achievers Hub Malaysia, or their relationship with Achievers Hub Malaysia falsely or misleadingly.

The Partner will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Achievers Hub Malaysia.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Partner terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Achievers Hub Malaysia will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If Achievers Hub Malaysia chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than RM300 will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than RM300 will be forfeited.

If the Partner is on a recurring program, Achievers Hub Malaysia will not be obligated for any future payments after termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced under the laws of the State of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Malaysia. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Partner Program rules.
